10.24.07 Sheetz Enlists Tattoo for New Brand Positioning

Charlotte, NC (October 2007)-- Sheetz Convenience stores enlisted Tattoo Projects to create a new brand position for their six-state chain. Slated to be launched this month (November 2007), the new brand position will be reflected in all store advertising, and will feature the new tagline, "Life's a Trip, Everyday."

"Our client needed a brand position that embodied their personality, as well as the store's offerings," said Rudy Banny, Chief Creative Partner of Tattoo Projects. "They're fun, energetic, outgoing, happy-- and always there, 24/7." The "Life's a Trip" campaign features bold colors, vibrant graphics, and is built on the the life-blood of Sheetz: the everyday people who rely on the store to have what they want, when they want it. Tattoo Projects' creative efforts will include print, outdoor, radio, Point of Sale, and truck design, among other mediums.

Established in 1952 in Altoona, Pennsylvania, Sheetz, Inc. is one of America's fastest growing family-owned and operated convenience store chains, with more than $3.8 billion in revenue for 2006 and more than 11,000 employees.
