Tattoo Projects seeks an Account Executive that will be responsible for leading small to medium size jobs. This position requires good communication skills, attention to detail, a desire to learn and an energetic and willing attitude.
THE JOB
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned clients and projects.
- Proactively learn about client, category and competition in order to become trusted resource for internal teams and clients.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and internal agency teams.
- Meet with clients to discuss goals, budgets, and needs.
- Synthesize client inputs into actionable briefs.
- Brief creative and media teams.
- Work with project managers to establish teams, develop timelines and keep projects on time and on budget.
- Responsible for opening jobs, creating estimates, tracking jobs through completion, monitoring and managing budgets.
- Update weekly client status reports and run weekly status meetings.
- Work with finance to invoice clients.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Agency experience, preferably from independent shops.
- Minimum - 2 years’ experience.
- Experience with b2c and b2b brands, ranging from high-funnel awareness to low-funnel lead generation and email marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, can navigate a server and different cloud services, and has a working understanding of project management best practices.
