Advertising awards are a self-congratulatory pyramid scheme. Some clients like to see Effies. We respect and support our teammates that care about Gold Pencils and Titanium Lions. It's good for morale. So we're both proud and kinda embarrassed by our large bookcase of awards. It's awkward to talk about our flair.

Kick ass. Make an impression. Buffy McCoy Kelly and Rudy Banny are unforgettable ad people. Best known for their work on Sheetz, they made indelible impressions on dozens of clients, hundreds of careers, and their names are etched in decades of awards. After Rudy’s untimely passing, Buffy recruited the next generation of leadership, and successfully exited from Tattoo Projects. Buffy currently serves as a Senior Director, Insights and Brand Strategy at Wray Ward, and also contributes to select brands as a fractional Chief Creative Officer. She is thriving in work and life, and continues to make a meaningful impact.
